By Air:
Ave Maria is accessible by Southwest Florida International Airport (RSW) or from Naples Municipal Airport. Private airports are also located in Immokalee and Marco Island.

By car:
From North of Naples: Take I-75 south to Exit 111, exit right from I-75 then left or east on Immokalee Road (County Road 846). Proceed 10 miles to Oil Well Road (County Road 858). Turn right or east on Oil Well Road and proceed 10 miles to Ave Maria.

From the East Coast of Florida: Take I-75 ( Alligator Alley) West/North to Exit 80, exit right from I-75 then right or north on State Road 29. Proceed 10 miles to Oil Well Road (County Road 858), and turn left or west on Oil Well Road. Proceed five miles to Ave Maria.

From Naples: Take I-75 north to Exit 111 and exit right from I-75. Turn right or east on Immokalee Road (County Road 846) and proceed 10 miles to Oil Well Road (County Road 858). Turn right or east on Oil Well Road and proceed 10 miles to Ave Maria.
