The Ave Maria Southern Fitness Center will be located near the South Park, Del Webb at Ave Maria, and DiVosta's BelleraWalk.

The Ave Maria Southern Fitness Center will be a state-of-the art wellness center featuring a combination of robust elements such as a central lobby, several massage rooms, two aerobics rooms, a large fitness room containing the latest in exercise equipment, an indoor pool for laps and water aerobics, and steam and sauna rooms in both Men's and Women's locker rooms.

The Director of the Southern Fitness Center will develop a comprehensive programming schedule for the center depending on resident feedback and demand. The schedule will be available when the center opens and will include: classes, socials, events, camps, tournaments, clinics, etc.
