The Ave Maria North Community Center is located south of the North Park. Designed to cater to families, the center will feature family-oriented amenities such as short-term child care, cardiovascular exercise room, weights and strength studio, spinning and aerobics studio, lounge, multi-purpose class rooms, teen room, lockers/restrooms, indoor basketball court and a variety of programming options. The Director of the Community Center will develop a comprehensive programming schedule for the center depending on resident feedback and demand and will be available upon the opening of the Center including but not limited to: lessons, leagues, events, camps, tournaments and clinics. • Indoor basketball court
