AVE MARIA, FLORIDA, — August 12, 2019—The master-planned community of Ave Maria, Florida reports 32 new home sales for the month of July, more than any month so far in 2019. The strong sales came from all builders within Ave Maria— CC Homes, Del Webb Naples, and Pulte Homes. In addition, Ave Maria was named the top-selling community in Collier County in the most recent second quarter report by MetroStudy, with 239 annual closings in the past year.  Ave Maria has been the number-selling new home community in Collier County for the past five years, according to MetroStudy reports.

The town of Ave Maria has been designed as self-sustaining, with all daily conveniences located in-town and within a short distance of residential neighborhoods, ideal for biking and golf carting between stops. A fully package of amenities awaits new home buyers featuring a central Town Center with shops, restaurants, medical offices, services, fitness center, and Publix Supermarket.
