Ave Maria Offers an Abundance of Educational Opportunities
Public education gets very good grades at Ave Maria, as you’ll find many A-rated public schools nearby. Within Ave Maria itself are several private schools including Ave Maria Montessori which caters to toddler (ages 1-3), children (ages 3-6), and elementary (ages 6-12), who are cared for in the noted warm and stimulating atmosphere for which Montessori is so well known. The Rhodora J. Donahue Academy is a parochial school for grades K-12 delivering a classical education based on the Trivium and Liberal Arts. Established in 2007, the Donahue Academy is a co-educational college preparatory school with over 240 students and was named one of the top 50 Catholic High Schools in the U.S.. Ave International School is a progressive preschool providing quality educational academic experiences inspired by the Reggio Emilia Approach. This early childhood program utilizes a child-centered, inquiry-based approach to learning. Ave International School offers a unique language immersion program, providing children the opportunity to build a foundation for bi-literacy in one of the three languages: Mandarin, Spanish or French.
