Ave Maria: Southwest Florida’s Newest Hometown
Nestled in the heart of Collier County, Ave Maria is Southwest Florida’s newest hometown. A town where children ride their bikes to school. Walk to the candy store and scoot their way to the ice cream shop. Where neighbors are friends and life is good. Where everyone enjoys life as it was meant to be lived. Ave Maria represents that perfect blend of everything anyone could want in a single-family home community: far from the maddening crowd, yet close to everything. The town of Ave Maria is just a two-hour drive away from major metropolitan cities such as Miami and Fort Lauderdale. Just 30 minutes away, you’ll discover all the treasures of Naples, Florida: shopping, dining and attractions such as The Philharmonic Center for the Arts, Sugden Community Theatre, the Pier and its sugar-sand beaches, plus so much more.
Ave Maria is accessible by Southwest Florida International Airport (RSW) or from Naples Municipal Airport. General aviation airports are also located in Immokalee and Marco Island.
