Zumba!

Resident only – Zumba is a fitness program that combines Latin and international music with dance moves. This type of workout incorporates interval training – alternating fast and slow rhythms – to help improve cardiovascular fitness. The Zumba instructor, Vanesa, will lead you through a high-energy workout every Tuesday and Thursday. You will love the music! Times for each class vary. Bring a towel for comfort and water to hydrate
