Ave Maria is home to several different churches and our residents practice different faiths. While the term Ave Maria is from Christian origins, we do not promote any religion or faith at our community events, in marketing materials or by-laws of the CDD.
Ave Maria Master Association is responsible for managing and maintaining the resident amenities, resident communication and organizing activities and events for all residents. The Ave Maria Community Stewardship District oversees infrastructure improvements and utility management. Ave Maria Development manages commercial properties, the Welcome Center, and overall development.

The community is served by Fire Station 32, which acts as the emergency headquarters for eastern Collier County. This facility houses Collier County EMS, the Collier Sheriff’s Office, and both administrative and fire rescue services .
In Ave Maria there are several established medical providers, including Ave Maria Dentistry, Ave Maria Optical, Cadenza Medical Clinic, Mater Dei Clinic, Ave Maria Chiropractic and more including Naples Comprehensive Hospital (NCH) Immediate Care that will open soon.
