NAPLES, FL., — May 9, 2019–   Ave Maria Development announces the ground-breaking on Friday, May 10, 2019 of a brand-new Cube Smart self-storage facility in the Park of Commerce located at 5306 Useppa Drive. The new 51,000 square foot facility will be developed and built by Seagate Development Group and will feature single-story, climate controlled indoor and exterior storage options. Located within two buildings, storage units will be available in a combination of sizes ranging from 5’x5’ to 10’x30’, with outdoor covered spaced available to accommodate Class A recreational vehicles. The Site will also feature a private gated entry and security cameras throughout the property. The self-storage facility is expected to open fourth quarter 2019.
