VISIT AVE MARIA, FLORIDA FOR FREE EVENTS ALL SEASON

Trolley located in Ave Maria Town CenterAVE MARIA, FL., — January 12, 2021 –   Ave Maria announces a line-up of free events open to the public this season. “We are thrilled to host several upcoming events in outdoor venues with ample space ensuring visitors and residents can safely enjoy having fun,” comments Donna Marquez, event coordinator for Ave Maria Development. This year’s events, like many things, will look a little different, but we are looking forward to carrying on traditions.”

Free trolley tours are offered every Tuesday through March 30 and depart every hour from the Town Center beginning at 11 a.m., and the last one departing at 2 p.m. Tour Collier County’s Community of the Year during a 1 hour narrated trolley ride and discover all that’s new for 2021.  Reservations are encouraged and can be made by calling 239-352-3903.

Ave Maria hosts live musicA man and a women singing playing music every Tuesday from 12 to 3 p.m. and Thursday from 3 to 5 p.m. though April 1 along Annunciation Circle. Enjoy live entertainment while shopping and dining in the Town Center. Bands rotate weekly.

The Winter Festival will take place Saturday, January 16 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. There will be live music from the Electric Lipstick band, dessert food trucks, a farmers market, and a car show presented by Cool Cruisers. This family-friendly event will also include snow princess characters, balloon artists, pony rides, and a winter themed slide.

Ave Maria Arts & Crafts FestivalsArts and Crafts fair in Ave Maria Florida will he held from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on January 23-24 and February 27-28. Vendors will be displaying and selling photography, paintings, ceramics, jewelry, and other handmade items. The arts and crafts festivals are produced in conjunction with TNT Events, organizer of dozens of art festivals throughout Florida with a focus on hand-crafted original works.

Ave Maria Town Center also hosts weekly farmers markets every Saturday from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. through May 1. These outdoor markets feature over 20 vendors which offer locally grown produce and citrus, fresh seafood, Italian breads, pastries, local honey, soaps, candles, oils, crafts, flowers, jewelry, accessories, clothing and more. The market is held in conjunction with SW Florida Markets, LLC.
