MARCH EVENTS IN AVE MARIA TOWN CENTER

NAPLES, FL., — February 21, 2017 –   Ave Maria’s free calendar of events continues through March. The month’s biggest event, Landshark Luau, will be held on Saturday, March 25 from 12pm – 4pm with a live concert by The Landsharks, a Jimmy Buffer tribute band. Enjoy outdoor entertainment, activities, car show, and food during this annual spring event in the Ave Maria Town Center.

Visitors and residents are invited to enjoy free trolley tours every Tuesday and Thursday from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm in the Town Center. Tour Collier County’s Community of the Year during a complimentary 45-minute trolley ride through tow and discover all that’s new for 2017. New this season, Artisan Market in the Town Center, every Tuesday from 10am to 3pm. Stroll and shop while enjoying homemade merchandise from local artisans. AVE MARIA WELCOMES NEW BUSINESSES

AVE MARIA, FL., — February 16, 2017 –Ave Maria Development announces several new businesses within the town located in eastern Collier County, Florida. In the Ave Maria Park of Commerce, Oil Well Craft Beer is open and features a casual tap room showcasing a selection of craft beer on tap as well as in bottles. Owners Matt and Danee’ Williams keep the focus on local beers for at least ten out of the twenty total taps, but also offer hard to find national craft beers. Guests can bring in their own food to the tap room and can purchase beer to go, whether in bottles or filling up 64oz growlers and 32oz crowlers. “We are originally from Tampa and were drawn to Ave Maria because of the friendly people and the self-sustainability,” comments Matt Williams. “We saw the growth occurring in Ave Maria and knew this is where we wanted to open our business.” Oil Well Craft Beer is located at 5334 Ave Maria Blvd and hours of operation are Tuesday through Thursday 2pm-10pm, Friday and Saturday from 2pm – midnight, and Sunday from 2pm – 8pm. Dog Gone Cleaners is open in the Ave Maria Town Center and offers pet grooming where you either drop off your canine for a full service groom including the house special blueberry facial or you can wash your pet using one of their wash stations which include tub, shampoo, towels and dryer. Dog Gone also sells holistic food and treats for dogs, accessories, and beds. BLUES, BREWS & BBQ LIVE CONCERT EVENT IN AVE MARIA

NAPLES, FL., — February 9, 2017 – Ave Maria Development will host Blues, Brews & BBQ on Saturday, February 25 from 11am to 5pm in the Ave Maria Town Center. AVE MARIA NAMED #1 SELLING SINGLE-FAMILY COMMUNITY IN NAPLES-FT MYERS

Ave Maria, FL., — February 6, 2017 – Ave Maria has been named the #1 selling single-family community in the Naples-Ft Myers market for the eighth consecutive quarter, according to a Metro Study Q4 report for 2016. The report, which ranks annual home starts and move-ins, places Ave Maria at the top of both lists with 345 new home starts and 295 move-ins for the Naples-Ft. Myers markets over the past 12 months.
