Ave Smiles Pediatric Dentistry Coming Soon to Ave Maria
Ave Maria families will soon have a new, dedicated option for children’s dental care. Ave Smiles Pediatric Dentistry is preparing to open in the first quarter of 2026, bringing specialized pediatric dental services to the community with a focus on comfort, prevention, and lifelong oral health.

Located at 5078 Pope John Paul II Boulevard on the second floor of the First Foundation Bank building, the boutique-style practice is designed with kids in mind. The office will feature a welcoming, playful atmosphere, including games in the reception area and movie viewing in every treatment room, helping young patients feel relaxed and confident from the moment they arrive.
Leading the practice is Dr. Stacey Kutsch, a board-certified pediatric dentist with more than 20 years of clinical experience. Recently relocated to Southwest Florida from Washington state, Dr. Kutsch provides specialized care for children from infancy through adolescence, including those with special healthcare needs. Her approach centers on prevention, education and individualized treatment plans.
“The most important aspect of our pediatric practice is creating an environment where children feel comfortable in a dental office from a very young age,” said Dr. Kutsch. “When kids have positive early experiences, they grow into confident patients for life.”
Dr. Kutsch was drawn to Ave Maria while visiting with her family during her daughter’s college search. After discovering the community lacked a pediatric dental office, and that many families were traveling long distances for care, she and her husband made the decision to relocate and open a practice locally. Her daughter is now a freshman at Ave Maria University.
Ave Smiles Pediatric Dentistry will offer advanced, minimally invasive care using state-of-the-art digital technology, including the Solea CO₂ laser, which allows many procedures to be performed with little to no anesthesia and minimal discomfort. The practice will also offer nitrous oxide, sedation and IV sedation when needed, ensuring children receive care in the safest and most comfortable way possible.
