Located off Anthem Parkway and Hudson Way, Gatherpoint will feature 947 thoughtfully designed homes, including attached villas, townhomes and single-family residences. Designed with connection and lifestyle in mind, the community blends modern architecture, energy-efficient features, and resort-style amenities to create a welcoming place for residents of all ages. Select home series will also offer natural gas options, adding convenience and efficiency.

Each builder will contribute distinct home collections, providing variety in layouts, features, and price points. Lennar will offer 13 home designs and three decorated model homes, all featuring the brand’s signature Everything’s Included® approach, where today’s most desirable features come standard. Pulte will showcase its life-tested home designs, including flexible floor plans, optional lofts, designer finishes, and a mix of single-family homes, villas, and townhomes.
Beyond the homes, Gatherpoint is designed as a true gathering place. Planned amenities include a resort-style pool with sun shelves, pickleball courts, fitness center, dog park, picnic pavilion, shaded green spaces, and walkable access to Ave Maria’s Town Center—encouraging social connection and active living.
