NAPLES, FL., — July 2, 2020 – Ave Maria Development announces its best month ever for new home sales contracts since the opening of the community in 2007. The master-planned community reports 40 new home sales in June 2020, a 45% increase over June 2019. Home sales were reported from the four residential builders in Ave Maria— CC Homes, Del Webb Naples, Lennar and Pulte Homes. As of June 30th, Ave Maria reports a 174 new home contracts year-to-date.
