NAPLES, FL., – July 11, 2022 – Top 25 Selling Master-Planned Community in the United States, Ave Maria, reports 367 new homes sales for the first half of 2022. May 2022 was the best sales month so far since inception of the town with 84 net new home sales. Home sales were reported from the four residential builders in Ave Maria— CC Homes, Del Webb Naples, Lennar, and Pulte Homes.
