AVE MARIA, FLORIDA, — July 31, 2019—The master-planned community of Ave Maria, Florida is offering a new home buyer promotion that will put a new pair of bike cruisers into every new garage for limited time. The Summer Cruiser incentive was launched earlier this summer and gives every new home contract signed with residential home builders CC Homes, Del Webb Naples and Pulte Homes in Ave Maria between June 1 – August 31, 2019 a pair of bicycles. The active, self-sustaining lifestyle in Ave Maria is conducive to two-wheeled transportation with miles of pathways ideal for year-round cruising. Residents can be seen riding bikes to and from the Ave Maria Town Center, Publix Supermarket, parks and playgrounds, and the popular Ave Maria Water Park.
“We wanted to offer our new home buyers the opportunity to begin their lifestyle in Ave Maria on the right foot- or should we say…on the right wheel,” states Andrea McLendon, director of marketing for Barron Collier Companies, the co-developer of the town of Ave Maria. “What better way to experience Ave Maria than on a bicycle. We see kids riding their bikes to and from the Donahue Academy private school in Ave Maria and to the public-school bus stops in Ave Maria. Adults enjoy bicycling in Ave Maria as well whether for a fitness workout or a leisurely ride. Ave Maria is truly appreciated when you are out and about in the town.”
The town of Ave Maria has been designed self-sustaining, with all daily conveniences located in-town and within a short distance of residential neighborhoods, ideal for biking and golf carting between stops. A fully amenitized lifestyle awaits new home buyers featuring a central Town Center with shops, restaurants, medical offices, fitness center, and Publix Supermarket. Outdoor recreation in-town includes private waterpark with resort and lap pools, interactive playground and slides, concession and beach volleyball, Panther Run Golf Club at Del Webb Naples, tennis and bocce courts, and basketball, baseball and soccer fields. A full-time lifestyle director assists in programming free town events including outdoor concerts, arts festivals, weekly farmer markets, holiday events, and monthly first Friday themed social events.
Three builders offer several styles of homes including single family residences with 2-6 bedrooms featuring lake, preserve, and golf course views. Twenty model homes are open daily. New home buyers can select from several builders in different neighborhoods. CC Homes builds single-family homes in two neighborhoods within the town—Maple Ridge at Ave Maria, and Silverwood at Maple Ridge. New homes are priced from the low $200s. Del Webb Naples offers single-family homes in their exclusive active adult neighborhood for residents 55 and better with prices from the high $100s.
