Pulte Homes launches sales in Gatherpoint at Ave Maria, featuring 947 homes

Grand opening celebration to be held Jan. 17

AVE MARIA, FL, – January 8, 2026 – PulteGroup, one of the nation’s most recognized and trusted homebuilders for 70 years, has nearly completed model homes in the new Ave Maria gated neighborhood, Gatherpoint. Pulte Homes will offer townhomes, attached villas and three collections of single-family homes with an emphasis on multigenerational living. Pricing starts at $299,990.

Gatherpoint, featuring 947 total homes and private resort amenities on 328 acres, will celebrate with a public grand opening on Saturday, Jan. 17, featuring live music, giveaways and model tours. Located next to the new Ave Maria Elementary School, opening for the 2026-27 school year, the neighborhood follows the success of Pulte’s Avalon Park in Ave Maria, which was ranked the No. 18 best-selling community in the nation in 2024.
