Two Ave Maria Neighborhoods Near Sell-Out
Two of Ave Maria’s neighborhoods are nearing sell-out, signaling continued interest from homebuyers seeking a well-rounded lifestyle. The National Golf & Country Club by Lennar and Avalon Park by Pulte Homes each have only a limited number of homes remaining.
“We are continuing to see a steady stream of homebuyers, ranging from young families to active adults, coming to Ave Maria seeking more value for their money and a calmer lifestyle,” said Mike Egan, general sales manager for Pulte. “We only have 14 home sites left in the Avalon Park community.”
Interest in The National Golf & Country Club remains strong as well, particularly among buyers drawn to its private golf course and resort-style clubhouse. “The National Golf & Country Club is popular with buyers seeking an affordable, amenity-rich community,” said Gus Spatharos, sales manager for Lennar Homes.
Adding to the community’s growth, Gatherpoint, a joint venture between Lennar and Pulte Homes, has officially opened its model homes. This new neighborhood offers a diverse mix of single-family floor plans, villas and townhomes, with pricing starting in the $300s. Gatherpoint also introduces a first for Ave Maria with gas-powered homes, expanding options for future residents.
With approximately 5,700 new homes sold to date in Ave Maria and 11,000 homes anticipated at full buildout, the community is steadily expanding while maintaining high demand.
