250th Anniversary Celebration in Ave Maria

On July 3, 2026, The Ave Maria Town Center will come alive with excitement as residents and visitors gather to celebrate America’s 250th anniversary. Streets will be lined with live music, family-friendly activities, vendors, photo booths and so much more for an evening honoring two and a half centuries of American history. The celebration is open to residents and the public and visitors of all ages celebrate our nation while enjoying a vibrant community event.

The evening begins with a blessing of the USA, Color Guard presentation of the flags, National Anthem and Pledge of Allegiance, followed by a performance by The Back Country Boys, a local favorite.  A professionally managed Corn Hole Tournament will be going on simultaneously as well as an Americana Patriotic Spirit Contest for kids and adults. Throughout the Town Center, local artisans and food vendors will offer handmade crafts, regional specialties, and traditional American favorites, creating a festive atmosphere.  The Ave Maria Dance Academy will be line dancing and encouraging guests to participate. The celebration will conclude with a patriotic glow party for all ages.

Americana Patriotic Spirit Contest

Cash Prizes awarded in each category: Most Patriotic Adult and Most Patriotic Child.  To enter, visit The Ave Maria Master Association tent at 6:45 p.m. Then, at 7:50 p.m., the participants will go up on stage for final judging and to determine the winner.

Cornhole Tournament

Get ready to bring your competitive spirit and patriotic pride to the event! Whether you’re playing to win or just for fun, it’s a great way to connect, enjoy the atmosphere and be a part of the exciting patriotic celebration. The Cornhole Tournament begins at 6:30 p.m. in the Town Center. Official registration is open. Grab a partner and click HERE to register.  There will be two playersper team, and it is open to all skill levels, ages 10 and up. The tournament is professionally managed and has limited spots available so please register. See you there!

7:20 PM Line dancing is encouraged as the Ave Maria Dance Academy performs.

8:30 PM Enjoy a Patriotic Glow Party while dancing to the music

9:00 PM Event Concludes.
