AVE MARIA RANKED #19 MASTER-PLANNED COMMUNITY IN MID-YEAR REPORT
NAPLES, FL., – July 31, 2023 – A prominent national real estate consulting agency, RCLCO Real Estate Consulting, has named Ave Maria, Florida as one of the Top 20 Master-Planned Communities in the United States, according to their mid-year report. Continued residential growth has earned Ave Maria the number 19 spot on the list with 355 new homes sold in the first half of 2023.
Various housing types from condominiums, attached villas to single-family homes featuring lake, preserve, and golf course views are offered in the master-planned community.
