NAPLES, FL., – August 6, 2020- New home sales in the master-planned community of Ave Maria, Florida have reached a record-breaking high. Ave Maria Development reports 52 new homes sales during the month of July, the third straight month of unmatched sales for the hometown in Southwest Florida. Year-to-date the community reports over 225 new home sales. Home sales were reported from the four residential builders in Ave Maria— CC Homes, Del Webb Naples, Lennar and Pulte Homes.

Ave Maria, Florida now includes more than 2,500 new homes in this fastest-selling community in Collier County, with a current estimated population of 10,000 people including university students.
