The Encinitas floor plan, in the Silverwood neighborhood by CC Homes, is a luxurious family home. This two-story, four bedroom, three and a half bathroom floor plan features a spacious loft that can be utilized as a home office and sitting area. If you need additional spaces for students who are learning from home, a wet bar option or 5th bedroom can be added. This customizable floor plan will be sure to fit your business and education needs.  

In Avalon Park by Pulte Homes, The Summerwood floor plan is extremely versatile. If you and your spouse, for example, both work from home, you can choose to build the exact number of rooms you need. This floor plan can have two, three, four or five bedrooms. French doors can be added in your home office, allowing a quiet space to get away.
