BLUES, BREWS & BBQ HOSTS FIVE LIVE BANDS AND FOOD TRUCKS

NAPLES, FL., — February 8, 2018 – Ave Maria Development will host Blues, Brews & BBQ on Saturday, February 24 from 11am to 5:30pm in the Ave Maria Town Center. The public is invited to attend the free event featuring outdoor concerts by local favorite blues bands, The Good Bad Kids, Little Eddie and the Fat Fingers, Deb & the Dynamics, and Marty Stokes. The outdoor concert festival will also feature savory BBQ from food trucks including Jonesez BBQ and Smokin R’s as well as food offerings from Tropical Smoothie, and the Pub & Grill of Ave Maria, beer tent, local merchant booths, and a car show from Cool Cruisers. PETS N’ PINTS EVENT PROMISES OUTDOOR FUN FOR FOUR-LEGGED FRIENDS AND OWNERS

NAPLES, FL., — February 7, 2018 – Ave Maria announces Pets n’ Pints event to be held on Saturday, March 10 from 11am to 3pm in the Ave Maria Town Center. This event is free and open to the public. Bring your four-legged friend to Ave Maria for a day of fun including pet vendor and adoption agencies, live music by Patchouli, inflatable obstacle course and balloon artist for kids, food and beverages, and pet contest for the smallest, biggest, owner look-a-like and judge’s choice. FREE TROLLEY TOURS & LIVE MUSIC ALL SEASON IN AVE MARIA

NAPLES, FL., — January 17, 2018– Ave Maria announces a line-up of free events open to the public this season. Visitors and residents are invited to enjoy free trolley tours every Tuesday and Thursday from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm in the Town Center from now until April 5. Tour Collier County’s Community of the Year during a complimentary 45-minute trolley ride through tow and discover all that’s new for 2018. Tours depart every 45 minutes and reservations are encouraged, but not required, and can be made by calling 239-352-3903.

Ave Maria Town Center hosts live music every Thursday from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm. Bands rotate weekly and include Jeff Hughes, Jim Blackburn, Patchouli, Wendy Renee, and Patchouli. AVE MARIA HOSTS STAR WARS FAMILY FUN EVENT & OUTDOOR MOVIE

NAPLES, FL., — January 16, 2018 – Calling all young Jedis! Ave Maria Development announces a free family fun event on Saturday, February 10 from 3:30pm to 8:30pm in the Ave Maria Town Center. The “Force is Strong” event in Ave Maria will include ten characters from the Star Wars films available for meet n’ greet, outdoor activities and inflatables, galaxy makeovers at Salon d’ Maria, and Jedi Force training from Ave Maria Martial Arts. The event ends with a movie on the lawn at 6:30pm, “Star Wars: The Force Awakens.” Food and beverages will be available for purchase. Blankets and chairs welcome. No coolers, please.

AVE MARIA DEVELOPMENT REPORTS STRONG 2017 NEW HOME SALES

NAPLES, FL., — January 8, 2018 – Ave Maria Development announces a strong 2017 sales year with 305 new home sales contracts. The master-planned community, located off Oil Well Road in Collier County, has been recognized as the fastest selling new home community in both Collier and Lee counties for three years, counting more than 1,300 new home sales since 2013.
